IMF Tune v4.1 User Manual

The new IMF Tune user manual is now available. This covers all the new functionality introduced in IMF Tune v4.0 and v4.1 including amongst others the new Configuration Interface, Archive and Logging Profiles, Foreign Spam Blacklist and External SCL Rules.
