IMF Tune and Exchange 2013 CU2

Microsoft just released Cumulative Update 2 for Exchange 2013 RTM. Unfortunately this cumulative update again breaks the transport agent interface. For this reason a new IMF Tune build is now available for Exchange 2013 CU2.

At this stage we are providing 3 builds, one for each of Exchange 2013 RTM, CU1 and CU2. Whenever installing an Exchange 2013 CU, you will need to also update IMF Tune with the corresponding build.

This article includes the recommended upgrade procedure and a detailed problem description.

As long as new CU releases continue to break the transport agent interface, the need to update IMF Tune will remain. For this reason we advise you to avoid installing Cumulative Updates immediately. We are testing each CU release and will normally be able to provide an update within a few days.
