Handle Mailings Effectively with WinDeveloper O365 Mailer

We are pleased to announce the release of WinDeveloper O365 Mailer. This tool makes creating, managing and submitting mailings in Office 365 a breeze.

Running side-by-side Outlook, the mailer relieves users from repetitive mailing tasks. Users create email templates in an editor that looks just like their regular email editor. Templates include special tags that act as information placeholders, rendering each email unique. The final email is completed with a link to a database from where the tags are filled in.

Tailor-made for Office 365, the mailer includes the necessary functionality to make it a first class citizen of this ecosystem. Users send mailings from their O365 mailbox or from any other shared mailbox they have Send-As permissions on.

The email sending rate can be controlled to avoid exceeding any daily quotas.

Connecting to Office 365 just like Outlook, means that no significant deployment requirements are introduced.

Various other features make the mailer ready for the Enterprise. The Mailing Wizard displays what the final email is going to look like before anything is sent. It is also easy to send a short run of the mailing before the full mailing is submitted. And of course a text log is available for reviewing lengthy mailings.

Your Data Need Not be on the Cloud

Just because your mail server is on the cloud, you don't have to upload your contact DB to the cloud too. Running on user machines, the mailer can be easily assigned access to data stored on the local network.

This makes the mailer ideal to integrate with other applications having a database backend such as CRM applications.

Each email template can be connected to a different database. We use a very flexible system allowing for easy database connection/disconnection. One can easily change the database without effecting the mailing setup.
