IMF Tune - Bringing Back the Exchange Connection Filter
IMF Tune v4.2 Build 4.2.109.26IMF Tune Build 4.2.109.26 is now available for download. This build delivers significant performance improvements especially relevant to IMF Tune for Exchange 2007 and the adoption of a new Diagnostics framework. Improved Support for Multi-Core/Multi-Processor ServersIMF Tune is now making better use of the processing power available. The engine core has been optimized to better split its processing over multiple concurrent threads, allowing it to improve handling of very high processing loads. The improvements are most significant in case of IMF Tune for Exchange 2007. As for Exchange 2003, IMF Tune was already optimized for concurrent email processing. Thus, even though both versions share the same core, the benefits will be more evident in Exchange 2007 environments. New Diagnostics FrameworkThis build introduces more powerful error detection and reporting logic. These changes will help our support troubleshoot any problems you may report. Hopefully you won't need this functionality. Nevertheless, having this build immediately in place will certainly facilitate troubleshooting if the need arises. Thus we recommend all IMF Tune v4.x users to upgrade to the latest build. UpgradingIMF Tune v4.2 can be installed directly on top of earlier IMF Tune v4.x installations.
